🕒 Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appt for registration. You should report to Outpatient Reception, Ground floor to register.
Appointment info
The consultation be in the Outpatient Clinic unless instructed otherwise. ECG's & Echo's are carried in the main building.
For parents with a baby or infant we recommend bringing a pacifier or a bottle-of-milk to help during the scan.
Please bring your insurance details (policy number and authorization number). If pre-authorisation is not granted prior to the consultation, you will be asked to payon the day of your visit prior to your consultation.You should then forward the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
